Natori Nelson has filed a lawsuit against Katie T Le and Tracy Uyen Nguyen in the District Court of Harris County, Texas. The case, identified as Cause No. 2024-21 561, was filed on April 5, 2024. The plaintiff is seeking monetary relief over $1,000,000 for injuries and damages sustained in a collision that occurred on December 19, 2022.

The plaintiff alleges that while she was traveling southbound on the frontage road of Hardy Toll Road, defendant Katie Le failed to stop at a red light and struck her vehicle. The plaintiff accuses Le of failing to control her speed, maintain a proper lookout and operate her vehicle safely. As a result of this alleged negligence, the plaintiff claims to have suffered severe injuries.

The plaintiff further argues that Katie Le's actions constitute gross negligence or intentional tortious conduct. She lists multiple ways in which Le allegedly breached her duty to exercise ordinary care while operating her vehicle. This includes failing to yield right of way, driving at an excessive speed and not maintaining an assured clear distance between vehicles.

In conclusion, Natori Nelson is seeking judgment against both defendants for damages exceeding $1 million due to the injuries she sustained in the collision. She requests that discovery be conducted under Discovery Level 2.
