Donald Browning has filed a lawsuit against Kroger Texas LP in the District Court of Harris County, Texas under the case ID 2024-23520. The filing was made on April 12, 2024. The plaintiff alleges that due to the negligence of the defendant, he suffered injuries from a fall on their premises.
The incident occurred on May 16, 2023, at a location owned and operated by Kroger Texas LP located at 360 Cypress Creek Pkwy, Houston, TX. Browning seeks judgment against Kroger Texas LP for their alleged negligence under common law theory of premises liability. He requests compensation for his damages along with court costs and pre-judgment interest at the maximum rate allowed by law per year commencing from the 30th day after sum is due until date of judgment.
