Apollo Companies sues Heavenly Service for unpaid lease of office equipment

Apollo Companies, Inc., a Texas corporation, has filed a lawsuit against Heavenly Service, LLC and Krystal Sias in the Harris County District Court under case ID 2024-18506. The filing was made on March 21, 2024.

The plaintiff alleges that the defendants owe them for office equipment leased but never paid for. Apollo Companies' lawyer has made multiple attempts to collect the outstanding debt and retrieve the converted property. On March 15, 2024, a technician from Apollo visited Liberty's franchise office location to repossess the office equipment but was prevented from doing so.

The plaintiff is seeking judgment against Heavenly Service and Krystal Sias based on an Account theory or a Breach of Contract theory. They are also seeking attorney fees at a rate of $400 per hour.
