In a lawsuit filed on April 24, 2024, in the District Court of Harris County, Texas (Case ID: 2024-26447), plaintiff Christopher Moore is suing Neighborhood Business Inc., doing business as Snack Zone, and Diboll Properties LLC. The lawsuit alleges negligence on the part of the defendants leading to an accident at the defendants' store resulting in personal injury.

Representing himself, Moore claims that on February 11, 2024, he slipped and fell on an unknown liquid that had accumulated on the floor while shopping at the defendants' store located at 201 Eldorado Boulevard in Houston. The plaintiff argues that the defendants failed to maintain a safe environment for customers by not correcting or warning about dangerous conditions in their premises.

Moore is seeking judgment against both Neighborhood Business Inc. and Diboll Properties LLC for their alleged negligence which he asserts directly caused his injuries. He argues that they failed to properly inspect and maintain their premises, train their employees adequately, implement proper safety policies or procedures, and enforce these measures effectively.
