Greg Krafka recently joined The Woodlands office of Steptoe & Johnson PLLC as Of Counsel in the Business Department.
Krafka’s background focuses on advising clients through domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, securities offerings, corporate governance, and general corporate matters. In addition, he often serves as outside general counsel to companies. His clients range from large corporations, family offices, investors, and foreign companies in the technology, life sciences, energy, and logistics industries.

Krafka earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, his master’s degree from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, and his MBA from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. He earned his law degree from Harvard Law School. Krafka is licensed to practice in California, New York, and Texas. He also served as a noncommissioned officer in the United States Army Reserve.
