Lawsuit alleges Wal-Mart employee rammed shopping carts into woman

SHERMAN -- A woman in her 70s was getting a shopping cart at the entrance of the Wal-Mart in Lewisville when a Wal-Mart employee allegedly rammed a rack of carts into her. She claims the force and surprise of the impact caused the woman to fall to the ground, hurting her hip.

Man claims he was pinned by defective forklift

MARSHALL -- While attempting to use a forklift, an Arkansas resident was suddenly hit in the stomach by the forklift's handle and was pinned against the wall.

Beaumont lawsuit alleges Toyota sudden acceleration not new problem

The sudden and unintended acceleration of Toyota's vehicles is not a new problem, according to a class action recently filed in Beaumont. The lawsuit alleges that the Toyota owners have been reporting these incidents since the 1990s but Toyota fraudulently concealed the risks.
