Crane operator, flaggers’ employer sued for pinning worker’s leg

MARSHALL - Claiming a crane operator and a flagger’s negligence resulted in permanent injuries to his leg when it became pinned between oil drilling equipment, Michael Shelton filed suit against Fowler Transportation Inc. on Sept. 13 in the Eastern District of Texas, Marshall Division. 

Helmerich & Payne sued by family of deceased worker

TYLER- The family of a deceased worker, who suffered fatal injuries when he was struck in the head by an over pressurized ball valve, has filed a lawsuit that claims his employer failed to provide a safe place to work.
