- Wells Fargo bank has filed an application for foreclosure on Debbie Castle, 1812 Houston St., Orange, Texas 77630.

The application was filed July 26 in Orange County District Court.

According to Wells Fargo, Castle secured a loan in the amount of $20,800 on May 30, 2006. The bank says it has received no payments since Jan. 4, 2007. The loan payoff amount is $22,410 as of June 20.

Attorney Kimberly Buteaud of Addison is representing Wells Fargo.

The case has been assigned to Orange County District Judge Buddy Hahn, 260th District Court.

- U.S. National Bank Association filed an application for foreclosure against owners Shari and Jonathan Wilson on property located at 1801 W. Hart St., Orange, Texas 77630.

The legal document was filed on July 27 in Orange County District Court.

According to court papers, the Wilsons secured a note dated Aug. 17, 2006, in the amount of $54,000. The bank says it has not received a payment since Feb. 1, 2007, and sent letters to the property owners on its intention to accelerate payments on May 8 and again on July 17.

The balance of the note is $53,531. The Wilsons have until 10 a.m. Sept. 10 to respond.

The case has been assigned to Judge Buddy Hahn of the 260th Orange County District Court.
