A mortgage company is filing an order of foreclosure for a property in Port Neches.
CitiMortgage Inc., successor by merger to CitiFinancial Mortgage Company Inc., filed an order of foreclosure March 12 in the Jefferson County District Court against Marcia R. and Roger D. Osborne.
According to the complaint, CitiMortgage seeks to foreclose the property at 1121 Washington St. in Port Neches for mortgage installments that went unpaid from Sept. 1, 2013, and after.
CitiMortgage is being represented in the case by attorney Brian J. Baumer of Buckley Madole P.C.
