Noah's Ark Bar and Grill employee seeks $1 million in damages over fall

GALVESTON – A Texas City woman is seeking more than $1 million from her employer after she fell while working.

Autumn Lester filed a complaint on Sept. 5 in the Galveston County District Court against F&B Lyttle Investments Inc., doing business as Noah's Ark Bar and Grill, alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on July 13, she was injured when she fell while in the course and scope of her employment with defendants. 

The plaintiff holds F&B Lyttle Investments Inc. responsible because the defendants allegedly failed to provide tools and/or equipment necessary to safely her task and failed to provide nonskid flooring.

The plaintiff seeks monetary relief of more than $1 million and such other and further relief to she is justly entitled. She is represented by Lawrence M. Tylka of Tylka Law Center PC in League City.
