HOUSTON – A Harris County roofing company alleges it was not paid for its services on a Cypress property.

Infinity Roofing and Siding Inc. filed a complaint on Nov. 12 in the Harris County District Court against Larry Schild, Texas Property Flippers LLC and Bella Terra Customs Home LLC alleging breach of contract and other counts.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it entered into a contract with defendant Texas Property Flippers to install the roof on defendants Schild and Bella Terra's property in Cypress for $18,000. To date, said amount allegedly remains outstanding and owing.

The plaintiff holds Schild, Texas Property Flippers LLC and Bella Terra Customs Home LLC responsible because the defendants allegedly failed to compensate plaintiff's roofing materials and services.

The plaintiff seeks monetary relief of less than $100,000 and all other relief to which it is justly entitled. It is represented by Joshua W. Mermis of West Mermis PLLC in Houston.
