Couple seeks more than $1 million from Top Maintenance Services, driver over Highway 124 collision

BEAUMONT – A Beaumont couple is seeking damages from a Nederland man over a collision in Jefferson County.

Daisy Arco and Zeus Arco filed a complaint on Nov. 14 in the Jefferson County District Court against Top Maintenance Services LLC and Marcus Joseph Foreman alleging vicarious and direct liability.

According to the complaint, on Sept. 20, Daisy Arco was injured in a motor vehicle collision that occurred on State Highway 124 in Jefferson County with a tractor-trailer operated by Foreman, who was employed by Top Maintenance Services. 

The plaintiffs hold Top Maintenance Services LLC and Foreman responsible because the collision was allegedly caused by Foreman's negligence.

The plaintiffs seek monetary relief of more $1 million and such other and further relief to which they may be justly entitled. They are represented by Paul F. Ferguson Jr. of The Ferguson Law Firm LLP in Beaumont.
