GALVESTON – A rental equipment company alleges a Santa Fe individual owes more than $45,000.

H & E Equipment Services Inc. filed a complaint on Dec. 4 in the Galveston County District Court against Jonathan Woods, individually and doing business as J&S Services alleging breach of contract and other counts.

After application of all credits and offsets, the plaintiff alleges the amount of at least $46,445.02, plus interest and attorneys’ fees, is immediately due.

The plaintiff holds Woods, individually and doing business as J&S Services, responsible because the defendant allegedly failed and refused to pay the amounts due on the account for rental of the equipment.
