GALVESTON – A rental equipment company alleges a Santa Fe individual owes more than $45,000.

H & E Equipment Services Inc. filed a complaint on Dec. 4 in the Galveston County District Court against Jonathan Woods, individually and doing business as J&S Services alleging breach of contract and other counts.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that at the request of the defendants, plaintiff did rent and deliver equipment and related supplies and accessories for their use on various projects. After application of all credits and offsets, the plaintiff alleges the amount of at least $46,445.02, plus interest and attorneys’ fees, is immediately due.

The plaintiff holds Woods, individually and doing business as J&S Services, responsible because the defendant allegedly failed and refused to pay the amounts due on the account for rental of the equipment.
