HOUSTON — A motorist is suing another driver and his company, alleging the plaintiff was injured due to reckless driving.

Sergio Jimenez filed a complaint July 22 in the Harris County District Court against WCA Waste Corporation, RWS Texas Leasing Company and Robert J. Krimbel, alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, Krimbel was driving for WCA Waste and RWS Texas on Fuqua in Houston on June 5, 2018. The suit says the defendants caused a multi-vehicle rear-end collision that caused Jimenez to sustain injuries to his back, neck and other parts of his body.

The plaintiff alleges Krimbel failed to keep proper lookout and failed to pay attention to his surroundings.

Jimenez seeks trial by jury, more than $1 million in monetary relief, attorney fees, court costs and all other just relief. He is represented by attorneys Jason A. Itkin, Cory D. Itken, Ryan S. MacLeod and Jacob M. Karam of Arnold & Itkin LLP in Houston.
