HOUSTON — West Houston Medical Center and others are facing a negligence suit filed by a man who claims he has permanent damage to his arm and hand due to an untreated infection.

Titus Chettipally filed a complaint Dec. 26 in the Harris County District Court against Khaja Moinuddeen, M.D., HCA Health Services of Texas doing business as HCA Houston Healthcare West frequently known as West Houston Medical Center and others alleging medical negligence.
