HOUSTON — A Montgomery County woman who fell and suffered injuries at The Woodlands Mall is claiming negligence.
Cherelle Smith filed a complaint Dec. 23 in the Harris County District Court against The Woodlands Mall Associates LLC alleging negligence.
Smith alleges that while walking on the mall's premises in May of 2016, she slipped, fell and suffered "serious injuries." She claims the mall knew of the dangerous condition and failed to warn or correct the condition.
Smith seeks monetary relief between $200,000 and $1 million, interest and all other just relief. She is represented by Kevin Adley of The Adley Law Firm LTD, LLP in Houston.
