GALVESTON — A Galveston private school is suing its uniform provider claiming breach of contract.

Trinity Episcopal School filed a complaint Feb. 18 in the Galveston County District Court against Ibiley Uniform Inc., alleging breach of contract.

Trinity Episcopal contracted with Ibiley on March 9, 2018 to provide uniforms to their students. Trinity alleges Ibiley had failed to maintain proper inventory levels, poor quality of the uniforms and other issues. Trinity claims it gave timely, written notice that they did not want to renew the contract on Nov. 11, 2019 and alleges breach of contract.

Trinity seeks monetary relief of $25,000, interest and all other just relief. They are represented by Robert Booth of Mills Shirley LLP in Galveston.
