HOUSTON — A woman alleging she slipped on a greasy substance on the floor of her Home2Suites by Hilton hotel bathroom is claiming Hilton's negligence.
Eva Gamble filed a complaint Feb. 24 in the Harris County District Court against Hilton Honors Worldwide LLC.
Gamble was staying at Home2Suites by Hilton in Katy on Feb. 22, 2018. She alleges that while walking in the bathroom she slipped on grease that had been left on the floor. Gamble claims her head, shoulder and hip hit the bathroom vanity and was thrown to the ground. She alleges her medical expenses due to the injuries is in excess of $50,000 and that the hotel left the premises in a dangerous condition.
Gamble seeks monetary relief between $100,000 and $1 million, interest and all other just relief.
