PECOS — Current and former employees of Lotrak Environmental are alleging the company failed to pay them for overtime, in violation of federal law.

John Comeaux and Darrall Henry, on behalf of themselves and all others similarly situated, filed a complaint  March 6 in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas Pecos Division against Lotrak Environmental Services LLC and Beth Lambert, individually alleging violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act.

The plaintiffs work and/or worked for Lotrak handling the company's vehicles and oilfield services tools and equipment, including hoses and the vacuuming of oil spills. They allege that they were not paid for overtime work and that Lotrak has a "policy or practice" of not paying overtime compensation.

The plaintiffs seek monetary relief, interest and all other appropriate relief. They are represented by Douglas Welmaker of Moreland Verrett PC in Austin.
