SHERMAN — A man is claiming he received unsolicited automated calls on his cell phone from Radius Global Solutions.
Craig Cunningham filed a complaint April 9 in the Sherman Division of the Eastern District of Texas against Radius Global Solutions LLC and John and Jane Does 1-5 alleging violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, Fair Debt Collection Act and Texas Finance Code.
Cunningham alleges in his complaint that he received an unsolicited call from Radius on Oct. 23, 2019 on his cell phone using an automated telephone dialing system. He also claims the defendants made false and misleading representations regarding the collection of a debt.
Cunningham seeks monetary relief, trial by jury, interest and all other just relief. He is represented by Attorney Leland Garrett McRae in San Antonio.
