HOUSTON – Attorney Jason Webster apparently owes nearly $400,000 to U.S. Legal Support.
On April 15, U.S. Legal Support filed suit against Webster and his firm, alleging breach of contract.
According to the lawsuit, U.S. Legal Support, a leading provider of litigation services to lawyers, provided records retrieval services to Webster to obtain documents to be used as potential evidence in litigation.
And while the company complied with its obligations, Webster did not timely pay for all the services, breaching its agreement.
“Despite oral and written demands for payment, Webster has failed to pay for the goods and services provided, proximately damaging U.S. Legal Support in the amount of $396,655.30,” the suit states.
U.S. Legal Support is represented by attorney Stewart Hoffer of Hicks Thomas.
