AUSTIN – Two real estate partnerships with ties to Nate Paul’s World Class Holdings recently filed for bankruptcy.
As previously reported, Trinity Super Majority and 3rd and Congress Super Majority are currently locked in litigation against the Mitte Foundation, which holds a minority interest in the partnerships.
The partnerships contend the Mitte Foundation conspired with Gregory Milligan, who was appointed as a receiver, to essentially swindle assets from the entities.
The case is being litigated in Travis County. And while court records show an amended petition was filed as recently as July 13, motions to dismiss and non-suit were filed Aug. 10.
Five days earlier, on Aug. 5, both Trinity and Congress filed voluntary Chapter 11 bankruptcy petitions in the Western District of Texas.
On Aug. 4, WC 4th and Colorado, another Paul holding, also filed for bankruptcy.
Last August, the FBI raided Paul’s World Class Holdings Office and his residence.
Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton’s office is neither confirming nor denying an investigation into the raid.
