G4S Secure Solutions hit with $1M suit over driver’s collision

HOUSTON – A lawsuit seeking more than $1 million in damages has been brought against G4S Secure Solutions.

Dianne Duperier filed the suit on Oct 26 in Harris County District Court.

According to the lawsuit, on Sept. 11 Duperier was traveling on I-10 in Chambers County when a G4S employee made an unsafe lane change and smashed into her vehicle.

Duperier is suing for her past and future mental anguish, pain, medical expenses, impairment and disfigurement.

The suit is also alleging gross negligence and seeks exemplary damages.

The plaintiff is represented by Cody Dishon and Javier Cabanillas, attorneys for The Ferguson Law Firm.
