EAN Holdings, LLC has filed a lawsuit against Al Sevester Conerly, Jr. in the County Civil Court at Law No. 2 in Harris County, Texas under case ID 729724 on April 4, 2024. The plaintiff accuses the defendant of breaching a rental car contract and seeks compensation for damages caused during an accident.

The plaintiff alleges that Mr. Conerly rented a vehicle from EAN Holdings and was involved in an accident on April 2, 2021, while the vehicle was still under contract. According to the plaintiff's legal representatives, A. Fusselman and E. Wells of The Fusselman Law Firm, the defendant did not qualify for supplemental insurance under his account which led to EAN Holdings having to pay Maria Pedro for damages she sustained due to Mr. Conerly’s negligent operation of the rental vehicle.

EAN Holdings claims that they demanded reimbursement from Mr. Conerly for the damages amounting to $31,884.93 but he refused to honor his obligations under the rental contract. The company also paid an arbitration award granted to State Farm as subrogee of Sylvia Parks as a result of Mr. Conerly’s negligent operation of the rental vehicle.

In conclusion, EAN Holdings is seeking judgment against Al Sevester Conerly Jr., for all sums due and owing under the agreement including attorney fees and court costs totaling less than $250,000 excluding interest and statutory or punitive damages.
