EAN Holdings, LLC has filed a lawsuit against Al Sevester Conerly, Jr. in the County Civil Court at Law No. 2 in Harris County, Texas under case ID 729724 on April 4, 2024. EAN Holdings claims that they demanded reimbursement from Mr. Conerly for the damages amounting to $31,884.93 but he refused to honor his obligations under the rental contract. The company also paid an arbitration award granted to State Farm as subrogee of Sylvia Parks as a result of Mr. Conerly’s negligent operation of the rental vehicle.
In conclusion, EAN Holdings is seeking judgment against Al Sevester Conerly Jr., for all sums due and owing under the agreement including attorney fees and court costs totaling less than $250,000 excluding interest and statutory or punitive damages.
