David Lea sues Nicholas Walker for a car accident resulting in serious bodily injuries

In a lawsuit filed in the County Civil Court at Law No. 1 of Harris County, Texas, plaintiff David Lea is suing defendant Nicholas Walker for an alleged car accident that resulted in serious bodily injuries. The case, bearing the ID 1226036, was filed on April 10, 2024.

The complaint details that on August 23, 2023, Lea was traveling on the access road to Houston when Walker failed to control his speed and hit Lea's vehicle from behind.
