Tammy Hallman has filed a lawsuit against the operators of her apartment complex, alleging negligence after suffering serious injuries due to hazardous conditions on the property. The complaint was lodged in the District Court of Harris County, Texas, on January 30, 2025, naming "Lodge at Timbercreek Apartments," Interurban Creekside, LLP, and Oak Leaf Management Company as defendants.

The case stems from an incident that occurred on April 6, 2023. Hallman claims she sustained severe injuries when she tripped over broken and crumbling cement in the parking lot of her residence at Lodge at Timbercreek Apartments. According to the petition, this dangerous condition was known or should have been known by the defendants and their employees. Hallman accuses them of failing to maintain safe premises and neglecting to warn residents about potential hazards.

Hallman's legal team argues that the defendants' negligence directly resulted in her physical pain, mental anguish, loss of earnings, and medical expenses. The lawsuit seeks compensation for past and future physical pain and suffering, mental anguish, lost wages, diminished earning capacity, medical costs incurred since the accident and anticipated future expenses related to her injuries.

In addition to seeking damages exceeding $250,000.00 within the jurisdictional limits of the court, Hallman is requesting pre-judgment and post-judgment interest at the legal rate along with any further relief deemed appropriate by the court. The plaintiff reserves the right to amend her pleadings based on evidence obtained during discovery.

Representing Tammy Hallman is attorney Adam P. Criaco from Criaco & Samperi law firm. The case has been assigned Case ID 2025-06308 in Harris County's 190th Judicial District Court under Judge Nelson Cuero.
