A lawsuit has been filed against a Texas-based business for allegedly causing severe personal injuries to an employee due to negligence. Andres Camilo Delgado, the plaintiff, lodged the complaint on March 14, 2025, in the District Court of Harris County, Texas, accusing Carlos Arturo Andino and Ena Professional Services, LLC of failing to provide a safe working environment.

The case stems from an incident that occurred on October 10, 2023. Delgado was working at a job site managed by the defendants when he sustained significant injuries while using a jackhammer to break up concrete. Despite expressing pain in his back after prolonged use of the equipment, Delgado claims he was compelled by his employer to continue working under unsafe conditions. This incident led to serious and permanent physical injuries for Delgado.

Delgado's petition outlines several accusations against Andino and Ena Professional Services. The allegations include failure to properly train and supervise employees, failure to recognize and rectify unsafe conditions at the job site, and failure to provide adequate safety procedures and equipment. The plaintiff asserts that these acts of negligence directly resulted in his debilitating injuries.

In seeking justice, Delgado is pursuing monetary relief exceeding $1 million for damages such as past and future medical expenses, pain and suffering, physical impairment, disfigurement, lost wages, and loss of earning capacity. He is also requesting pre-judgment interest and any other relief deemed appropriate by the court.

Representing Delgado are attorneys Sarah Y-Nhi Huynh, Pavel "Paul" Savinov, Michael Alvarez, Jay M. Taylor from Huynh Law PLLC; alongside Hilda Leonor Sibrian from The Law Offices of Hilda L. Sibrian P.C. The case is identified as Cause No. 2025-17640 in the 157th Judicial District Court of Harris County.
