Bridgestone Homeowners' Association, Inc. has filed a lawsuit against Proxima Property Group, L.P., alleging unpaid assessments and seeking to enforce a lien on property owned by the defendant. The complaint was filed in the Judicial District Court of Harris County, Texas, on April 25, 2025.

The plaintiff, Bridgestone Homeowners' Association, Inc., is a non-profit corporation based in Texas. They claim that Proxima Property Group owns real estate within their community at 21419 Bridgepoint Ln., Spring, TX 77388. This property is subject to the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions for Bridgestone Section 3, which mandates that property owners pay assessments to the association. According to the homeowners' association, Proxima Property Group has failed to meet these obligations despite multiple notices of delinquency. The association asserts that this failure constitutes a breach of the Declaration and applicable Texas laws.

The homeowners' association is pursuing several forms of relief from the court. They seek a judgment for $3,356.62 in unpaid assessments and related charges as well as any additional fees accrued during litigation. Furthermore, they are requesting the establishment and foreclosure of a lien against Proxima's property to recover these costs. In addition to financial restitution, Bridgestone Homeowners' Association is asking for reimbursement of attorney fees and other legal expenses incurred while pursuing this action.

Representing Bridgestone Homeowners' Association are attorneys from Holt Tollett P.C., including I.C. Jamison II, David K. Berkley II, Navin Pillai, and Rachel Hinton. The case is being heard in Harris County's Judicial District Court under Case ID 2025-29059.
