BEAUMONT – The Provost Umphrey Law Firm in Beaumont has been retained to represent two victims of the Aug. 12 flash fire at the Sunoco Logistics crude oil terminal in Nederland.
BEAUMONT, Texas (Legal Newsline) -- Apple Inc. has agreed to settle a patent lawsuit with Dot 23 Technologies Inc. that alleged Apple’s Siri voice assistant technology violated three patents. The terms of the settlement have not been publicly disclosed.
BEAUMONT – More than three years after a deadly explosion at its Beaumont, Texas, refinery, ExxonMobil has settled negligence lawsuits filed by the parents of two workers who were killed and six others who were injured in the April 17, 2013 blast.
