An Orange County woman has settled her suit against an insurance company she alleges failed to notify her of a canceled policy until after she filed an accident claim.

TYLER — A Hopkins County man is suing a transport company and two individuals, alleging failure to exercise caution and causing a truck rollover.

MARSHALL — A motorist is suing a trucking company, alleging one of the defendant's drivers caused a crash that resulted in injuries. 

BEAUMONT — A Nederland family is suing a Port Arthur automotive business, alleging an employee of the defendant caused a vehicle crash.

HOUSTON — Two employees are suing a Texas personnel business, alleging failure to pay overtime wages.

HOUSTON — An insurance firm is suing a Katy woman, alleging breach of contract and liability.
