HOUSTON – Success Foods Management, doing business as Torchy’s Tacos, was recently hit with a slip and fall lawsuit.
Erika Johnson filed the suit on Dec. 11 in Harris County District Court.
According to the lawsuit, on Jan. 10, 2019, Johnson was a patron at Torchy’s Tacos. The floor near the bathroom had been mopped and no signs were placed, creating a dangerous condition that caused Johnson to slip and fall.
The plaintiff is suing for her alleged past and future medical expenses, mental anguish and impairment.
The plaintiff is represented by attorney Joshua Hilbe of White & Harrison.
