Woman sues Cox's Foodarama for negligence after slip-and-fall incident

Angela Aubrey has filed a lawsuit against Cox’s Foodarama, Inc. d/b/a Foodarama in the District Court of Harris County, Texas (Court Case ID: 2024-29982) on May 10, 2024. The case revolves around an incident where Aubrey allegedly slipped and fell on liquid soap at a Foodarama store located on West Fuqua Street in Houston, Texas.

According to the court filing, the incident occurred on October 30, 2022. Aubrey claims that she sustained serious personal injuries as a result of the fall and had to seek medical treatment.
