A legal battle is brewing in Harris County, Texas, where a prominent administrative services company has filed a lawsuit against a former employee over alleged breaches of confidentiality and integrity policies. Endo! Partners, LLC, doing business as Specialty Partners, initiated the complaint on February 19, 2025, in the District Court of Harris County against Rochelle Johnson.

The case revolves around allegations that Rochelle Johnson, who worked as a Practice Administrator for Specialty Partners after their acquisition of Endodontics Specialists of Wisconsin's non-clinical assets in 2021, violated several key company policies. According to the complaint, Johnson was accused of sharing confidential pricing and sales information from Specialty's proprietary software with her daughter—a dental supply vendor—thereby breaching the company's Handbook and Integrity Guide. The plaintiff claims these actions were done to secure commissions for her daughter at the expense of Specialty Partners' bottom line.

Specialty Partners alleges that despite multiple warnings and reminders from her supervisors starting in 2022, Johnson refused to comply with mandatory use of company software designed to optimize cost savings. Instead, she purportedly continued using her daughter's services and even encouraged other staff members to do so by claiming they could offer better pricing than the company's systems. This defiance led to accusations that she engaged in activities constituting conflicts of interest and improper influence over business decisions.

In seeking relief from the court, Specialty Partners requests declaratory judgments affirming that Johnson materially violated specific clauses within their internal policies related to confidentiality and conflict of interest. They also seek recovery of attorneys' fees and costs incurred during this legal pursuit under Chapter 37 of the Texas Civil Practice & Remedies Code. Additionally, they have demanded a jury trial to resolve these issues.

Representing Endo! Partners LLC are attorneys Alex B. Roberts and Lena E. Silva from Beck Redden LLP. The case is presided over by Judge Chandra Lawson in the 334th District Court under Case ID 2025-11529.
