Port Neches company alleges it is owed more than $70K

A Jefferson County company alleges it is owed more than $70,000 for materials delivered.InterCity Carriers LLC, of Port Neches, claims it sold defendant Camin Cargo Controls goods or services for $70,799. It sold the materials on credit, but has still not received any money for the goods, according to the complaint filed Aug. 27 in Jefferson County District Court.
