Galveston Historical Foundation sued after tank falls on seaman

Texas resident Joe Ochoa has sued Galveston Historical Foundation, Inc. for injuries he reportedly sustained last year while working on a ship operated by the non-profit organization. Ochoa filed the personal injury lawsuit in the Galveston County 122nd District Court on Sept. 29.
