Galveston Historical Foundation sued after tank falls on seaman
Texas resident Joe Ochoa has sued Galveston Historical Foundation, Inc. for injuries he reportedly sustained last year while working on a ship operated by the non-profit organization. Ochoa filed the personal injury lawsuit in the Galveston County 122nd District Court on Sept. 29.

Elbert and Karen Choate filed suit against Donald Plummer, Vanguard Car Rental USA and National Care Rental US on July 21, 2008 in Jefferson County District Court. Erick Allen and Bertrand Ceasar were also named as defendants in the original petition.
