In the District Court of Harris County, Texas, plaintiffs Griffin William Warner and Lauren Elizabeth Warner have filed a lawsuit against defendants Miray Eser and Hakan Eser. The case, bearing the ID 2024-25311, was filed on April 19, 2024.
The Warners allege that on April 23, 2022, they suffered serious and permanent bodily injuries as a result of Miray Eser's reckless driving. They claim that Ms. Eser failed to control her speed and violently struck their vehicle at the intersection of the 610 Loop service road near Woodway Drive in Houston.
The lawsuit also accuses Hakan Eser of negligent entrustment. The Warners are seeking monetary relief between $250,000 and $1,060,000 for their damages.
