HOUSTON — Six Flags Hurricane Harbor Splashtown water park is facing a suit after a leak of pool treatment chemicals allegedly caused several visitors to suffer injuries.
The Harris County Civil Court reported the following activities in the suit brought by Landmark Spring Cypress LLC against Michelle Williams on Dec. 2.
HOUSTON — Academy Sports + Outdoors is making the argument that the store is not responsible for the injuries a customer allegedly suffered when he attempted to enter an occupied dressing room.
