HOUSTON — A delivery driver alleges he was injured after falling off a tank at a oil well drilling site.Mario Sanchez filed a complaint June 30 in Harris County District Court against Luxe Operating LLC and Nabors Industries Inc., alleging neglience. Sanchez, who was employed by Redline Hot Shot & Transportation, was driving an 18-wheeler to a Texas oil well site where Nabors was the drilling contractor, according to his suit.
