GALVESTON — A Galveston Golf Cart rental business is facing a suit by several plaintiffs who allege they were seriously injured in a collision when the cart's brakes failed.

GALVESTON — A Galveston RV resort is facing a negligence claim by a woman claiming she tripped over an unmarked parking curb and sustained injuries. Lorettaann Rodriguez filed a complaint Oct. 15 in the Galveston County District Court against Stella Mare RV Resort alleging negligence.
