A Seabrook couple is suing a Galveston County man they allege crossed into oncoming traffic and caused a crash. Jimmy Chandler and Mary Lou Chandler filed a lawsuit against Samuel Cabrera Fonseca on Sept. 2 in Galveston County District Court. The alleged crash happened on April 21 in the 2400 block of FM 2004. A Port Arthur man accused of defaulting on a credit card account is being asked to pay more than $11,000. LVNV Funding filed a complaint against Francisco Gonzalez on Aug. 21 in Jefferson County District Court. According to the complaint, Gonzalez owes $11,453 on a credit card account that he has failed to repay, creating a default.
