A Seabrook couple is suing a Galveston County man they allege crossed into oncoming traffic and caused a crash. Jimmy Chandler and Mary Lou Chandler filed a lawsuit against Samuel Cabrera Fonseca on Sept. 2 in Galveston County District Court. The alleged crash happened on April 21 in the 2400 block of FM 2004.
