A mortgage company has filed a foreclosure notice against the owners of property in Beaumont who allegedly defaulted on a home equity loan. Nationstar Mortgage filed the application for an expedited foreclosure order against Jerry House and Angelia M. House on Aug. 22 in Jefferson County District Court. Nationstar Mortgage alleges the Houses are more than 14 months behind in payments on a home equity
