An alleged rat problem at a Galveston hotel is the subject of a Harris County woman’s lawsuit. Grace Tobin filed the personal injury lawsuit against Sky Light Equity Holdings, Inc. on Aug. 5 in the Galveston County 212th District Court, claiming she “was bitten and scratched by a rodent on her left wrist” while staying at the Best Western Plus Seawall Inn & Suites on Aug. 13, 2013.
