HOUSTON — Papa Johns is facing a negligence claim from a former pizza delivery worker who slipped on wet stairs while delivering to a Harris County apartment complex and suffered injuries.
HOUSTON – A docket control order was recently entered in a suit alleging a defectively designed piece of smoked chicken caused Veronica Pendleton to crack her tooth.
