A Texas woman has filed a lawsuit against Costco Wholesale Corporation after allegedly sustaining injuries from slipping on their premises due to unsafe conditions. The suit claims negligence on part of Costco for failing to maintain safe conditions or provide adequate warnings about potential hazards at their Sugar Land location. The plaintiff seeks over $1 million in damages along with exemplary damages for gross negligence.
