BEAUMONT – An appeal in a property tax suit brought by one of Southeast Texas’ most well known trial lawyers has been abated and remanded back to a district court, where the case has been tied up in litigation for the past decade.

A Harris County resident is asking that her horses be allowed to graze on nearly 20 acres of land in Jefferson County.Suizhao Wang alleges there are three or four horses grazing on 19.51 acres of land at 13562 Shellhammer Road.
