HOUSTON – A Magnolia man alleges he was terminated from his job with an oil and gas exploration and production company and was not paid bonuses and other costs per his employment agreement.
HOUSTON – A FedEx Ground independent contractor alleges he was injured making a delivery to a Magnolia grocery store because of a hidden safety barricade.
BEAUMONT – Nearly four years ago, an allegedly intoxicated male got rough with Kacy Culp at John Wayne’s – an altercation she wants to pin on the Magnolia bar.
BEAUMONT – A lack of warning signs for boxes in an aisle of a Family Dollar store allegedly caused a Beaumont woman to slip and fall nearly two years ago.
HOUSTON – A former ranch hand for an equestrian facility in Magnolia has filed a class-action lawsuit against its owners and operators over allegations that he was improperly classified as an independent contractor and that he was not paid the correct overtime rate.
