HOUSTON — An Aldi customer alleges she slipped on a wet substance and suffered severe injuries at one of its Harris County stores. Maria Martinez filed a complaint Nov. 10 in Harris County District Court against Aldi Inc., alleging negligence. Martinez, according to her complaint, was at an Aldi store in Harris County on Dec. 7, 2019.
