BEAUMONT – The evidence presented at a personal injury trial would enable “reasonable and fair-minded people” to conclude that Union Pacific Railroad was not at fault when a train collided with a tractor-trailer stopped on its tracks, according to the Ninth Court of Appeals.
SHERMAN – Dr Pepper/Seven Up, Inc. has filed a lawsuit against Bottling Group, LLC, accusing the defendant of violating their licensing agreement, recent Sherman federal records indicate.
BEAUMONT – Following a full month of testimony, a Jefferson County jury has rendered a verdict in favor for Union Pacific Railroad, finding the company was not at all responsible
for a 2013 train collision with a vehicle stopped on its tracks.
